Supply, Fabrication, Installation, and Commissioning of Steam Condensate piping at Shell Lubricant Oil Blending Plant to enhance condensate recovery. Scope of work included the following activities:
- Development of Civil Foundations & Field Supports
- Validation of Piping Design
- Material Procurement
- Mobilization to site
- Dismantling of Redundant Pipelines
- Blasting & Painting
- Cleaning & Hydrotesting
- Insulation & Cladding works
The project also involved the use of Cranes, Lifting Gear, Lifting Appliances and the Development of Isometric Drawings.
