Jetty Line Installation Project at Shell LOBP, Karachi
Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of New 8 inch diameter and 1.5 km length pipelines from dry berth DB-01 and Oil pier OP-2 to Shell Lubricant Oil Blending Plant Located in Oil Installation Area, Karachi. The project’s scope of work includes the following activities:
- Validation of Piping Design
- Material Procurement
- Blasting & Application of Marine Painting
- Development of Civil Foundations & Field Supports
- Cleaning & Hydrotesting
- Fabrication & Installation of Pig Launchers
- Supply & Installation of Valves
- Supply & Installation of Thermal Relief Valves and Pig Signaller
